Bus powered · Lowest cost per station

Entry Level

Where teaching labs, student projects and first bench setups start. Analog and digital modules side by side — eight to twenty-four lines, powered entirely from the USB port, at the lowest cost per station in the range.

  • 8 analog or 24 digital lines
  • 12/14-bit · up to 48 kS/s
  • No external supply needed

Why this tier

  • Analog and digital in one tier

The USB-6008 and USB-6009 measure; the USB-6501 switches and counts; the USB-6525 drives real loads through solid-state relays. Same driver, same software, same page in the manual.

  • Two analog modules, one wiring diagram

The USB-6008 and USB-6009 share the same pinout, terminal block and driver calls. Start on the 12-bit part and move to the 14-bit part later without touching your harness.

  • Genuinely bus powered

Draws under 80 mA from the port. On a laptop in the field there is nothing else to carry.

  • OEM board versions

The analog modules are available without the enclosure, for embedding in your own instrument or test fixture.

Models in this tier

All models share the same driver and software support. Terminal options vary — check the Terminal column in the table below.
