DAQ products

Four tiers covering the range from a first teaching module to 24-bit dynamic signal analysers and 1.25 MS/s M-series modules. Every tier uses the same NI-DAQmx compatible driver.

Entry Level

Where teaching labs, student projects and first bench setups start. Analog and digital modules side by side — eight to twenty-four lines, powered entirely from the USB port, at the lowest cost per station in the range.

  • 8 analog or 24 digital lines
  • 12/14-bit · up to 48 kS/s
  • No external supply needed

USB-DAQ
16-bit upgrade path · Up to 100 kS/s Best value

Low Cost

The 6009 generation, replaced by something better: true 16-bit resolution, 20 to 100 kS/s depending on the model you pick, a fixed ±10 V front end, and a 96-line digital module for when the job is switching rather than measuring.

  • 8 SE / 4 DI · 14 or 16-bit
  • 20 / 50 / 100 kS/s
  • 13 DIO · or 96 on the 6509

USB-DAQ
250–400 kS/s · Isolation options Most popular

Multifunction

For when 100 kS/s runs out. Sixteen to thirty-two inputs at 250 kS/s, or 400 kS/s on the 6212 and 6216, with two 16-bit outputs, up to 32 digital lines and 60 V channel-to-ground isolation on the 6215, 6216 and 6218 — enough to sit on a machine frame without dragging the noise in.

  • 16–32 SE · 16-bit
  • 250–400 kS/s
  • 8–32 DIO · 2 counters

Up to 1.25 MS/s · 24-bit IEPE New

High Performance

The top of the range. M-series modules sampling to 1.25 MS/s with as many as 80 analog inputs and 48 digital lines, alongside 24-bit IEPE instruments with built-in signal conditioning for accelerometers and microphones.

  • 4–80 channels · 16/24-bit
  • Up to 1.25 MS/s
  • Built-in IEPE conditioning
